MOECO hereby announces that its Board of Directors resolved, at a meeting held on May 12, 2026, a planned transition of the

Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, as outlined below.

Mr. Hidefumi Harada, whose term as President and Chief Executive Officer will expire upon the conclusion of the 57th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, is scheduled to be succeeded by Mr. Tadashi Ishizuka.

Please note that this transition will become effective following the completion of the required formal procedures, including the election of directors at the 57th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and a subsequent resolution of the Board of Directors.
