Decoration of the Order of Direkgunabhorn

The King of Thailand, nominated and appointed our Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Bangkok Office, a "Benchama Direkgunabhorn" (Member) of the Most Admirable Order, given on the 10th day of July, 2015.

On 7th September 2015, the MOE by the permanent secretary, Dr. Kurujit Nakorhtub, and Khun Puangthip Silapasart, Director General of the DMF , arranged for a ceremony to bestow the Decoration upon Mr. Minoru Fukuda.

Mr. Fukuda has been highly-regarded for the achievements in the Oil Exploration and Production industry, human resource development and the contributions to the Kingdom of Thailand through the tsunami victim assistance, educational support and environmental protection activities over the years. The King of Thailand has deemed it fit and proper to confer on Mr. Minoru Fukuda.

This Order of Direkgunabhorn was established by King Rama IX on 22th July, 1991 to be bestowed upon those who have rendered devotional services to the Kingdom of Thailand. So far, Mr. Eiji Toyoda of Toyota Motor Corporation, Mr.Maruko Hiroyuki of Mitsui, Mr. Momofuku Ando of Nissin Food Products have received the prestige of this order as Japanese.
